Best encounters from H3

In about a week, I'll restart my 4e group. When we stopped, we had completed H2 and the party had reached 7th level.

I'm intrigued by the back-story of the Pyramid of Shadows, but I really don't relish the idea of locking the party inside a mega-dungeon for 3 levels worth of gaming. I'd also like to alternate dungeon forays with some kind of city exploration, investigation and intrigue.

With that in mind, I'd like to ask people who have played or run H3 about their favorite encounters from the adventure. My intention is to steal the best ones for my own purposes...

People seemed to dig the Headless Corpse fight. I'm going to use it tomorrow, and then just cannibalize the rest of the mod for parts.

I was looking for a detailed discussion about the best encounters and what made them cool in actual play. The headless corpse is surely a good one, but I'm looking for at least 9 or 10 encounters to lift.
