Bloody Talon Orcs (Kinrisar Campaign)

Our still unnamed group of heroes has just recovered a long lost artifact of evil from the Bloody Talon clan of orcs. It seems that a warband of these orcs led by two spell casters was able to remove the artifact, a dagger from the Old Kingdom, from its tomb. After having a deadly skirmish with the warriors from Bloody Talon and one of their leaders the tomb was located within a cave high in the Bitroot Mountains. Signs of orcs were found within the cave and the encampment used by the orcs was found by following the sounds of their battle horns. A fast raid after nightfall on their open encampment was successful with only Lorimar being badly injured. One of the orc leaders was slain as he attempted to use the dagger in combat. The other leader escaped.

Our heroes now must return with the dagger to Crolon and the temple of Alyhndro the Victor.

 

[Ezieer]

"Hey thats the dagger we were after.. what is the amount of our reward again?"

Ezieer turns to practical matters...

"Well, I don't know if they ever actually gave a value to it..." He says to Ezieer. "But I'm sure whatever it is it will be enough."

"Let's get away from the camp as far as we can tonight. Never know if there are patrols that we didn't notice that could return. We can rest up until tomorrow and then get ourselves back to Crolon as fast as possible. Sound like a plan?"
