[Books] The Vatican Likes Harry Potter

It's not that relevant. If anything, this will make some of the more radical groups hate the series even more. Some Catholics and Protestants still can't manage to get along.

Well, of all the recent spotlights that was focused on my Christian denomination, Roman Catholic, I welcome this good news.

Now, I wonder what is the Vatican's opinion regarding J.R.R. Tolkien's LOTR.

For the most part, it's always been a minority of Fundamentalist Christians, not Catholics, who have had problems with Harry Potter, D&D, and the like.

Alot of non-Christians, though, seem to think that all Christian denominations are the same, when they're actually quite different.

And yeah, some Protestants think that Catholics are doomed to hell anyway, so the acceptance of Harry Potter will only confirm their "suspicions".

Protestants, must they be so judgmental?

I'm kidding. All I know is that only God and animals can judge me, not humans. ;)
