So, once upon a time, Two Little Mice had a pulp adventure game called Broken Compass. It was decent-sized success on Kickstarter and after publishing some supplements for it, the game line was bought out by another Italian company.

Who did nothing with it. (Games publishing is hard, and I assume they got in over their head.)

In the meantime, Two Little Mice iterated on the Broken Compass system, and made it the basis of their Outgunned action RPG, which was followed by a sequel, Outgunned Adventure, which covers basically the same territory of Broken Compass.

All of this was a success and they bought back Broken Compass.

And this June, they're bringing back the Broken Compass supplements, covering the Golden Age of Pirates, the Jules Verne era, and the pre-World War II Indiana Jones era, as Outgunned Adventure supplements.

Since this is for Outgunned, these supplements also open up the possibility of "John Wick, but on a dirigible" or "The Expendables on a Pirate Ship," both of which sound pretty cool, honestly.

Its funny, I think at least OA is too lightweight for me to ever run, but I've found the whole line charming as can be. Maybe its their primary artist.

I'm very excited by this: already a huge fan of their writing, layout, artwork and general system.

I'm cancelling other crowdfunding project for this one, for sure.
