Can a Targeted Dispel Magic or Greater Dispelling be Spell Turned?

As per the topic.

On the pro side - it's Targeted.

On the con side - it's targeted at the spells you have active, not really at 'you' - that's why SR deosn't apply and there's no save.

Pro: it targets you and effects all spells on you. Just because it doesn't allow SR doesn't mean anything unless you are defended by SR (spell imunity gives you unbeatable SR, IIRC).

I might change my opinion for Mord's Disjunction. But that is a 9th level spell, vs a 7th. Dispell and Greater Dispelling are 3rd and 6th, respectively. 7th trumps.

Of course, spell immunity gives you unbeatable SR only against spells that allow SR in the first place, so spell immunity is ineffective against dispel magic.
