It comes in handy for me.  For instance  I will ask for their stack of possesions when they cast a detect spell. Once I pickpocketed a character, and he was unable to figure out what was taken.  Once I added an item, and waited untill the PC discovered it.  I also use it to determine what the PC's have on them, and what is being carried by Bill the Mule(Fear Bill, in the early days he killed more goblins than the paladin!). It also keeps very clear which PC is actually holding which item.I don't have clip art, but that sounds like a neat idea.</blockquote>
