Cleric domains, spell selection and +1 existing spellcasting

1.If a cleric has access to a non-cleric spell thorugh a domain can they only prepare that spell in their domain slot? Example-the travel domain gives access to dimension door. Could a cleric put that in any 4th level slot or can it only go in his 4th level domain slot?

2.If a cleric takes a level in a prestige class that grants +1 level divine spellcasting ability what is he losing? I know the clerics ability to turn/rebuke undead would not increase but would they lose anything else?

1. I'm not 100% sure, but I believe the cleric can not do so. I've never played a cleric and have rarely used them as NPC's so it hasen't come up for me...

2. Just as the Wizard/Sorcerer lose out on familure advacement, Clerics lose out on Turn/rebuke undead for +1 level spellcasting ability.

1. The cleric can only prepare it in a domain spell slot. See the top of pg.32 in the Cleric description, under "Deity, Domains, and Domain Spells". Note that the spell can also go into a higher lvl domain spell slot, so Dimension Door could (for example) be prepared in a 5th lvl domain spell slot too.

I agree with both accounts on #1.

As for #2, you only lose out on turn/rebuke and any other cleric-specific abilities. There are very few of these, and I believe most are domain powers, like the Death Domain's death touch.
