Can anybody recommend a brand of pineapple juice with little or no pulp? I find my love of pineapple-based cocktails to be stifled by juices that are really more of a sludge (especially when you get more than halfway through the container)

Best option is fresh pineapple; but if I didn't want to go through the hassle. I would try a product that's meant for cocktails, like:

Dude, that sounds amazing. I'm an enjoyer of Malort though; really bitter drinks in general.

Reminds me of the Sunny Orange Margaritas I drank last night.

Salt for the rim if desired
2 ½ ounces tequila
1 ½ ounces Triple Sec (or Grand Marnier)
3 ounce fresh orange juice
1 ounce fresh lime juice
sweetener if desired
Lime & Orange Slices for garnish (optional)

I used Twister Peach Orchard Juice. Amazing with fresh oranges and limes for garnish, I drank this while dodging the fireworks last night

Mallort and campari? Unhinged is an apt name for that cocktail. I like bitter drinks, but that's a hell of a combination.

Yesterday I settled for making some smashes to keep me company by the smoker and grill.

Started with a classic whiskey smash. After a couple of those I changed it up and made a blackberry gin smash.

It's a nice little formula that's easy to play with and the combination of mint and lemon make for a nice "summer" beverage.
