[Codex Arcanis and Accordlands] WTF are the world maps?

I just purchased Codex Arcanis and the Accordlands World Atlas from Troll and Toad for very cheap, but was surprised--and annoyed--that neither product includes a world map anywhere within the book. WTF? What's the point of a world atlas without a world map? Or am I missing something after a relatively brief perusal?

Hmmm... I thought that the Accordlands came with a map. Let me check mine and see. I'll get back to you later.

Mine was shrinkwrapped and came with two maps, one of the town Baraxton and one of a local region, but no world map(s). Is it perhaps included in the Master Codex?
