Based on reading only: I thought the third adventure was pretty good, but the first two were weak. In general I'm not a fan of Necromancer adventures, though, so YMMV.
I picked it up as something to read while travelling, and I like the entire module. There is a solid storyline connecting the three parts, but room enough to explore the focus centers, turning the module into a mini-setting book.
I also liked how well the scenario fit into the Eberron setting..
If I wasn't running WoBS, I would probably be running this one.
