I'm not sure when it's due out, but Neil Gaiman is working on a movie version of Death: The High Cost of Living.

Hmm, nothing listed for that movie at IMDb, but that's not a surprise if it is going to be his next project after Coraline (2204) and Books of Magic. Here's a link to his IMDb listing (just for completeness).
