Concentration check

Hi,
what is the concentration check for casting during violent motion (on board a stormtossed ship).
DC 15 or DC 15+spell level ?
SRD says both (Skills -> DC 15; Magic Overview -> DC15+spell level)
I don't own the revised books, but I know in 3.0 it was DC 15+spell level.

And do I have to make three separate checks if I cast a spell on the defensive, on deck of a storm tossed ship and during violent weather?

15 + spell level. The 3.5 PHB has a note next to the table of DCs under the Concentration skill description saying that one should add the level of the spell to the DC if one is trying to cast under such conditions.

And I'd go with the three checks myself.

Will be a hard time for my cleric to cast a spell at all.
