Contacting Green Ronin

Any idea how I would get in touch with them? I ordered a few books from them over two weeks ago and they still have not arrived. I've emailed their customer service a few times with no responses. Thanks everyone.

I ordered a book 2 months ago and still haven't received it yet. They are having serious shipping problems right now and to be completely honest, are really failing in the customer service department. I sent multiple emails and PM's but to no avail. I finally had to resort to a semi-haughty post (which I didn't want to do) in order to get any kind of response. Apparently I was too critical or something because my thread was promptly removed. Pretty lame all around if you ask me.

And not by choice either. In fact, IIRC, the distributor issues were hitting the hardest right about the time you said you ordered from them.

Green Ronin has been having an uphill battle with order fulfillment recently. I would try their boards first. If you get no response, you can email Nicole directly. Just be courteous and patient and you will find your problems are solved much faster.

That's a far too kind way of putting it.

Allow me to explain: all of Green Ronin's stock was warehoused with our former sales and fulfillment house. They handled the product end of everything, all sales, all storage, shipping, billing, collections. We paid them for their expertise and they provided us with excellent service for nearly four years.

They then went spectacularly out of business, taking a great deal of our money, all of the records for sales, distributor contacts, accounts receivable, everything with them when they disappeared. They did not show up to represent us at the GAMA Trade Show, they did not give us notice. In fact, we heard repeatedly from the owner that he was going to do right by us, that he would be getting us all the information we needed, even when the writing was on the wall and it was clear the business relationship was going to be cut that he wanted to make a "smooth transition" blah blah blah. Of course, none of this materialized.

We had to recreate a sales, marketing, billing and collections department from nothing, reclaim our stock and find a new storage solution, try to collect anything on the outstanding invoices that our fulfillment house left us holding, try to get legal aid, re-establish our book trade distribution, without dropping any of the other balls that we had in the air (like the summer's launch of Thieves' World, the launch of Mutants & Masterminds Second Edition, meeting the deadlines to fulfill our planned appearances at summer conventions).

I've been wanting to make some sort of statement to our fans as a way of explanation about why exactly things have been so unusually chaotic, but I really haven't had the luxury. I know there are people out there who have been waiting for me to handle their various ordering issues: I have a stack things on my desk that I have marked for my personal attention and I've been able to make slow progress on catching up with everyone, but there's no office full of lackeys, no personal office assistants, no interns in the mail room handling calls and letters 24/7. It's just me, guys. I'm doing my best to make sure that everyone who has an issue gets it dealt with, but I'm just one person working to tie up all of the loose ends that were handed to me.
