Anyone have the stat block for that beholder?

You mean Encounters, right? I can tell you what I remember of the beholder runt, but the full stat block is at home:

Central Eye - Minor at will, no attack needed, target gains vuln 5 psychic and if they are hit they are dazed till end of beholder next turn
Eye rays - two attacks, random effects, two that did psychic damage, one fear and one acid
oh, and when bloodied it gets confused, plus explodes with psychic energy.
