I started thinking about that combo...specifically an Infernal Pact Warlock Druid. A scion of Hell (Human or Tiefling) with ties to nature, shapechanging into something resembling a hellhound. Something about that just feels...cinematic.

But that's just one image, the first to pop into my head. Using Shifter could make the nature vibe stronger. Vrykola or Revenant gives more of a "cursed" feel.

And of course, a Druid MCed with Warlock will feel different from an Infernal PAct Warlock MCed with Druid...and neither will feel like a hybrid.

What kind of nifty race & hybrid/MC concepts can we come up with?

How about the familiar whose master died and gained self-awareness plus some of it's master's former might?

I'm thinking use the race stats for a gnome (or maybe a sprite when HotF comes out) and go with a Druid-Wizard or Druid-Sorcerer hybrid with whatever feat you need to be able to cast in beast form. And a high Bluff skill so you can take credit for all those things your former master did: "What? Minute meteors? Everybody knows his familiar invented that one!"

I don't know if that fet exists. I'm playing in a greek mythology based games as a carthaginian shapechanged by a witch into a dog.

He was originally a Druid multiclassed to Battlemind, but for now he's retrained to druid.

We simply house ruled to allow him to use skill and MC powers in beast form.

Per updates, a druid can only use attack powers with a beast form keyword in wild shape. Utility powers are fair game, and they can sustain attack powers without the beast form keyword, even if they cannot use new ones without shifting back.
