Until season 3.
We’ll see. Do we know if Fisk is in S3? IIRC it took him a good chunk of S2 in the OG series to “come back” from being thrown in prison (the whole mystical ninja arc with Elektra that I didn’t enjoy much).

If they do let him come back right away, then yeah, it’s a dumb ending. But if they keep him trapped there on the beach for a season (or half a season), then it’ll work out, I reckon.

The Kingpin vs New Yorkers hall fight was brutal, but I do agree with the notion that isolation on a beach is probably a kind of hell for the Kingpin, though I suspect it wont last long unless TAHITI is a magical place?

good that they actually gave Angela/White Tiger a fight scene. And Bullseye on the Airplane reminded me of the Affleck movie.
I dont mind Powell being a live, I'd like to see him return as a new badguy to work with Heathers Muse

and we got the Luke Cage cameo

Whelp, I thought the finale was not great and the season was probably my least favourite of the Daredevils. The deal given to Fisk made zero sense. He was covered in the blood of the people he had just slaughtered, and Daredevil's sense of justice is incoherent. Not to mention that no AG would ever offer that deal to begin with. And what happened to Jessica Jones' fluctuating powers? Why introduce that plot point if it just goes away and is never mentioned again.

I think my biggest issue is that the whole season is pretty obviously about American politics, and I am sick of everything being about American politics.

I can imagine maybe it was there as a potential reason for why she would be hesitant to attempt the Killgrave Maneuver on him.
