Wonder Woman should not be able to fly. She should have proficiency in Air Vehicles though and an invisible Jet.

In the Justice League cartoon (which is the foundation for this rendition) she can fly.

I have just read Wonder Woman in DC wiki and she can fly. It is a gift by Hermes, the messenger of Olympus. The source is Wonder Woman Vol 4 #12 (2011)
