Just as an FYI on the table.... you might want to change the color to yellow from black. Easier to read on the charcoal background.

PS: What are the definitions of the abilities for the class?

Couple of comments but first an interjection. I stopped reading the ranger threads a long time ago. Partly becasue BiggusGeekus has a nice explanation of why rangers don't suck that much on his website but mostly because they all tend to say the same thing. However, Mr. Steveroo, if that is you're real name, I am fascinated by two things: 1) 1E rangers and 2) your name. Funny names kill me. NAyway back at the ranch:

1) I like the idea of 2d8 to start with but I don't think they need any bonus d8s at 5th,9th etc. Rangers were not supposed to have as many hit points as fighters.

2) Too many skill points, don't steal the thunder from thieves, ahem, rogues. Six would be more than enough I think.

3) Grimlock's speak undercommon I think.

4) The multiclass thing seems silly. I'll buy the 1/2 elf ranger cleric but the others gotta go.

5) Too many bonus feats. If you want to give them, try 1st, 5th, 10th, 15th, and 20th like wizards.

6) Some of your bonus feats say <see below> and are not described anywhere.

7) cyclopskin, dune stalkers, flinds, gibberlings, meazels, norkers, ogrillons, quaggoth, taslois, and xvarts are not in the MM but...

gibberlings, meazels, quagoths, and xvarts are in Monsters of Faerun

Flinds and ogrillions are in the TOmb of Horrors I think

8) Most of the abilities on the chart are not described.

Other than that I like it. I really like the restrictions, the spell progression, and flexibility. Good luck!

The +1 damage per ranger level against BBEH's replaces, or is the precurser of, favored enemy. So you don't need the feat. Perhaps Foe Hunter from the FRCS would be better here.
