Fairly simple question. Slightly more involved answers. :)

I have it sitting next to me at the moment. I've finally scraped together enough money to get it - taking a break when my car isn't getting serviced... spent a huge amount of money on my car recently :( - and I've got that warm, tingly feeling.

I've bought it to use it. I love having the errata in the book, and I really like the cover and the ribbon.

Yes, I paid a lot of money for a ribbon. So what? Don't look at me that way. :D

Cheers!

Nope, too cheap to buy it when I have the regular PHB and the errata from WotC. I only wish I had known about the SRD before I got my PHB, but that was a few years ago.

A fully errata'd PHB woud be nice, but ...

It's simply way too pricey. I'm still struggling with the decision to upgrade to 3.5 at all let alone pay more than I absolutely must in order to.

But a ribbon, eh? That's pretty sweet.

Incidentally, the latest printing of the regular PHB has all the errata in it. You don't need to get the Special Edition to get it...

...but I have a ribbon! :D

Cheers!

I wish I had a ribbon. :(

Or a printing with errata. But I can't really justify spending the money on it. Instead, I'll just envy yours, and grow increasingly resentful that you have something I don't have but probably deserve, knowing you're probably only posting to make me jealous, and that while that might make you feel good, it will only make me more resentful in the long run, and what are you looking at anyway? Something wrong with my Player's Handbook. What, too old for you? No ribbon?

:-P Sounds cool. It's definitely up on my list of completely self-indulgent gifts I shall never buy myself. :(

I will get it as soon as there is a slow month with no releases that I really want/need.

There is not way I will ever use it in a game. I will probably only open the cover half a dozen times. I've had the Special Addition Ravenloft 3e Campaign Setting since it was release and I've only opened it twice.

$75 for a leatherette cover and the exact same layout?

No thanks.

The errata just isn't enough to justify it for me.
