Dire Radiance question

Dire radiance is a star pact power, which seems to use either Con or Cha for a lot of its powers. Why is the at-will for this Con based only rather than allowing either Con or Cha? Is that something that is going to be errata'ed? Or are star pact warlocks hosed if they want to be Cha based?

I think the Star Pact Warlock is not exactly either/or, I think you need both CON and CHA for this one.

You don't exactly need both con and cha for star pact ...

Sure, you get additional benefits in a bunch of powers, and they choose the stat for you, but ...
None of those are dailies .. and you're always free to choose encounter powers from other pacts.

So yeah ... stat dumping con makes a weak dire radiance, but that doesn't mean you can't live on eldritch blast and your encounter+daily powers.
