Disease Exposure Stacks?

If a monster's disease attack, such as from a Fang of Yeenoghu, hits a PC, they are exposed to the disease and make a saving throw at the end of the encounter. If the save fails they contract the disease.

My question is if the Fang hits the PC two or more times, do they make multiple saving throws (one for each time hit) at the end of the encounter? In other words, do these things stack?

Only once. The saving throw is for whether you are exposed. You are either exposed or are not exposed.

Yes. If exposed to a specific disease one or more times, make one saving throw.

You would only make two saves if you were exposed to two different diseases.
