The thread on celebrity impressions for NPCs gave me an idea. This thread is for a repository of distinctive celebrity voices in YouTube format that other folks can watch/listen to and get inspiration from.
So pick a celebrity voice you feel is strong and distinctive, find a YouTube clip which really highlights that, and post it here!
