That was amazing. All too often, part two of a two-parter is a let-down following on from an excellent part one, but that was emphatically not the case here. This two-parter is probably the best the series has been since Doctor Who returned.

Excellent story, and I felt that.the twist with the fate of the family was excellent - the idea that 'he hid to be kind to us' and effectively the power of the doctor was quite frightening
I think it all reveals something more about the alien-ness of the doctor in many ways too.
Soooo good. Right up there with 'are you my mummy?' IMO.

He definately did know Omega. He killed him, actually. (In The Three Doctors, I think it was.)
