Dual Keyword Feat Bonuses

I've one small question concerning feat bonuses with the wording "X keyword -OR- the y keyword" and powers with the wording "deal x -AND- y damage".

For instance,

-Raging Storm: You gain a +1 feat bonus to damage rolls when you use a power that has the lighting or thunder keyword.

and

-Thunderstorm Spirit: (Hit) 1d12 + Wisdom modifier lighting and thunder damage.

Would Thunderstorm Spirit gain +1dmg or +2dmg from having both keywords?

+1

Not only do two +1 feat bonuses not stack to a +2, but it just asks whether a power is lightning or thunder. Is it? Yep.

A more accurate answer is 'You have not provided the correct information'.

What sort of damage a power deals is irrelevant. What you want is the keyword of the power. If the power has the Thunder and Lightning keywords then you get the bonus to damage. (And for the record, you only get the bonus damage once, for multiple reasons. The easiest to grok is that bonuses from the same named game element do not stack)

Why this is more accurate is there are powers (Prismatic Ray comes to mind) that deal multiple instances of damage with multiple damage types. Thunder's one that actually does this a few times.

So, looking at Prismatic Ray, it has an instance of Fire damage, and an instance of Poison damage. However, if you have a feat that gives +1 to the damage of powers with the fire keyword, that damage applies to both instances, because the feat is asking only for the keywords of the power, not the damage type it deals.

Another example would be for sorcerers. They have a at-will power that deals 1d4+Charisma mod Radiant damage in an area, and the potential to do fire damage if other conditions are met. Non-cosmic sorcerers do not meet those conditions, however if they have a bonus to powers with the fire keyword, it perfectly applies to the radiant damage. (Certain Dragonborn Fire Sorcerers can use this well.)
