Dual Wielding

When Rangers wield 2 weapons. Can the offhand weapon be ANY "ONE HANDED" weapon or must i use thhose that Say OFF HAND in the field that says PROPERTIES?

Rangers that choose the two weapon style can use any one handed weapons, they get an ability that specifically says this, other classes (including rangers that choose archery style) must use off-hand weapons in their off-hand.
