Dwarven Crafts

Are all Dwarven crafted weapons considered masterwork items?
If so, where can I find it?
I remember reading this somewhere, but I cannot find it or recall which book it was even covered in.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Dwarvencraft is similar to masterwork, but the masterwork component is twice as expensive and the item gains hardness and hit points.

It's found in Races of Stone.

Dwarvencraft items aren't really useful unless you have a DM who loves to sunder the PCs weapons and armor. Still, it's nifty for story reasons, as dwarves are supposed to be the best metalworkers around in many fantasy settings.
