ECL'd treasure

I'm cooking up a vampire npc villan. He's got 13 character levels and an adjustment of +2. Should this guy have the treasure for a 15th level character (since that's who he'd be traveling with, a 15th level party, were he a PC) or 13th character level treasure?

While we're at it, what is the amount of treasure for a 13th and 15th level character? In terms of GP value, of course.

He should have 15th level NPC wealth, i.e. 59,000 gp worth of equipment. Not 15th lvl PC wealth, which would be 200,000 gp.

Thanks for the replies guys,

I wanted the GP stuff for guidelines, and from what I see, the PC gold value is closer to what I was thinking; this guy is a vampire bard who's been around for 300 years performing and creating a college of music. His property will consume a portion of his wealth, but the estate will be nearly self sufficient. Throw in tuition from his aristocratic students, the royalties from published music, and prices for admittance to a personal performance, spread that over 300 years, and you've got more than 56,000 GP available for stuff. I'm thinking 125,000 to 150,000 Gp worth of stuff (magical pipe organ, enchanted conductor's baton, etc.) while the rest of his income goes into operating the school.

Again, thanks.
