Epic Resurgence question

Okay, was just wondering about how fast or soon you can recover an encounter power...

So if you pop a power, and crit on it, then pop your action point, can you immediately recover that power that you just used/crit'ed on, or do you have to wait until your next round?

Its not exactly totally clear.

It is indeed not clarified but i would say Yes..

I would say that the moment you crit is also the moment you recover, not at the end of your turn..
