Epic Rogue Help

Ok, need some ideas for feats and skills (and ability scores if you're up for it) for a new epic character.

it's a 34 rogue / 1 shadowdancer (i took shadowdancer because i think all rogues should have Hide in plain sight).

So, go to it, oh gurus of smack!

Afraid I can't offer any ELH related advice, but may I ask who your party members are and what your group is going to do? (Harpers of Faerun, Sentinels of Union, etc?)

It's a home-brew world, grouped with paladin (Hand of Heronious) and another person whom I forget what class he is. Don't know our purpose yet.

You sort of need to define your role a bit. Why are you taking rogue, what do you expect to be able to do as a rogue?

Simple advice:

If you don't already have darkvision, take two levels of shadowdancer

Take Slippery Mind as one of your pre-epic rogue special feats. At Epic levels, I believe there are feats that allow you to replace a Fort or Will with Reflex save. Take those.

Max out Use Magic Device. Seriously consider the Epic Skill Focus for this skill.

Pick a few skills that you are going to have legendary skill levels in. Then go grab 5-10 skill points in each of the normal rogue skills, so you aren't completely helpless when asked to do something outside your defined area.

Decide if you are going to be a melee rogue or a missle weapon rogue. My experiences have been that a rogue is best as an archer, it just doesn't have the attack bonus or hit points to survive melee long.

I believe there are feats in the ELH that allow you to partially negate concealment. Get those.

Thanks, the problem is that I don't know what my role is yet, I wasn't asking for specifics, just general ideas of what works and what doesn't. I've never played a character this high of level before, sorry if I was more clear.

Anyone else? Kinda need this in a couple of days, and I thought some more people then this had advice for high-level epic characters.
