Eternal Seeker Epic Destiny question

Once you hit lvl 21 and take the Eternal Seeker path you can begin choosing powers from other classes as you gain them. Does this include retraining lower level powers as you level into your 20s to swap them for other abilities you might want from other classes?

It doesn't work.

gain [/B]a class encounter or daily power by gaining a level, you can choose your new power from any class.

You only get to choose any class's powers when you gain a power by gaining a level, not when you retrain a power.

You will only get 2 encounter and 2 daily powers from any classes. You can retrain those at any point to be from any class. But your PP or PMC powers and lowest level encounter power are still from your original class.

However, you can still Multi-class power swap those two powers out.

Such you could make say a ranger power swap daily and encounter, Paragon path to say, Kensai, and then go eternal seeker and end up with no ranger powers what-so-ever.

Other good options are picking warlord powers with a base set from a fighter. Or picking wizard powers from a base striking set or defending set.
