Why are there two threads for this topic?

I was disappointed by this episode. It lacked a sufficient sense of tension for what was happening in the story. And I found it really irritating that all the things Kevin was supposed to have done occurred off-screen.

Last week's episode was so much better. However, there are always one or two subpar episodes in any given series in any given season.

I kept hoping for Carter and Henry to really team up again against Stark and Allison. The end really surprised me... not only Henry and Beverly working together, but Beverly might be a good guy? Excellently played, I thought.

The whole transmutation thing was meh.

I've hated the way they've written Jo this season. I don't have anything against the idea of Jo being more feminine, but they've taken it way too far too fast from where she was last season to be believable. Contrast that with the changes in Henry or Allison.

Assuming the whole romance aspect for Jo, Zoe, and Carter wasn't demanded by SFC (no trust from me there) I have a theory that Zane, Laundry Woman, and Hair-Boy (heh) were all introduced to kill them off, or at least remove them from the picture in the finale.
