Evil domain granted power and SLAs

I'm building an evil Half-Fiend cleric with the Evil domain. That granted power is "cast [evil] spells at +1 CL".

Does this CL boost also apply to those spell-like abilities from the template that derive from [evil] spells (eg, Desecrate, Contagion)?

Unfortunately, No.

A Spell-Like Ability is not a Spell, even if it copies a certain spell.
