Two people here know the person Jordan was based on.Borrowed from a friend who's a scout leader, my wife and I use "Maximum Fun has been reached" - that moment when everything HAD just been going great and someone (typically a child) gets tired/hungry/overstimulated and crashes out.
"It's a Moral Imperative" and the entire "I had the weirdest dream..."/"Why am I the only one who has that deeam?" bit from Real Genius, a movie that I'm pretty sure 95% of the people on this site have seen and 95% of the people I interact with on a daily basis have not.
I toss around early computing ones like
"Blue Screen" for when someone is confused or such
"Loading Estimated Time 9344 years" For something that is taking a log time.
"Error! Load Disk C and press enter" For confusion or such
I more often use PEBKAC, but I like the cut of your jib...When I used to have to do more formal tech support and bug logging, my favorite was ”Layer 8 error". Not enough people understand it, which may be unfortunate or fortunate depending on the case.
Muffin time; is that time of the night that even the word muffin is funny. You've all been there, you probably have a different term for it.
