I've watched both episodes of Star Trek: New Voyages. They were enjoyable, a lot of love and a slight increase in skill for the second one, which had Eugene Roddenberry Jr. as executive producer. Looking forward to seeing the third episode, guest starring Walter Koenig as Chekov and written by D.C. Fontanna. I'm trying to find time to watch Star Trek: Hidden Frontier. The acting really is abysmal in the first few episodes, (I'm partway through episode 3) but the plotline is innovative and engaging. I've peeked ahead, and the sixth season really has improved at Warp 10. I've not yet downloaded any of the episodes of Star Trek: Starship Exeter or Tales Of The 7th Fleet, but they're on my list. I've read all the Star Trek: The Animated Series comics and am eagerly awaiting the completion of the next issue, "The Patient Parasites" which is being written by Russel Bates (author of the Animated Series episode "Sharper Than A Serpent's Tooth). Also on the Horizon, looking forward to: Star Trek: Unity (Although 3d actors is kind of hit or miss for me... I got distracted a lot during Roughnecks). Star Trek: USS Intrepid Star Trek: Revelations promises to be New Voyages for Enterprise E, but there appears to be very little movement on it. Sadly, it looks like Star Trek: First Encounter has vanished into oblivion. I've also not listened to any of the Star Trek Fan Audio Series (Pioneers and Section 31)< although I will likely make a point to download them if possible for later archiving, and I don't read scripts well, so I haven't followed any of the fan script series (Renaissance, Voyager: Season 8, Frontiers, or Virtual Enterprise), but may take another stab at them some day. I also love my Bring Back Kirk trailers more than they deserve. :) As for other fan films, I've seen Batman: Dead End, Grayson, and World's Finest, all of which I enjoyed. I'm having issues with iFilm, so I haven't yet been able to watch Wonder Woman: Battle For Justice. Fnally, there's a lot to be said for fan music videos. I've seen some Anime ones, but couldn't begin to locate them again (The Neon Gensis Evangelion one for Weird Al's "Christmas At Ground Zero" was inspired), and all the nearly 2,000 Stargate SG-1 ones. :) That's my roundup. I love fan films, and hope to see many more. Any I missed? Comments on the ones you've seen?
