Favorite campaign that you NEVER played/ran.

This sounds very interesting but I don't know how one would run it. It might be fun if the PCs were all rival deities, each trying to gain favor with the All Mother or whatever. Make it Games of (Heavenly) Thronesy?
I figure on running it as a sandbox ("The Biggest Sandbox EVAR!") And part of the concept would be that the All Mother figure (if there is one) is one of the PCs - that there are no NPCs who are greater than or superior to the PCs.

If conflict was wanted, it would be the creations or children of the PCs rebelling. Or creating headaches for the PCs by trying to win the favor of one or more of the PCs.

How do you intend to guide play, if at all? And if you expect it to be entirely player driven, what motivates them to "build reality"?

That's something I'd have to figure out. I suspect I'd have to rely heavily on choosing the right players & player buy-in.
Sounds very much along the lines of Amber Diceless Roleplaying. The main focus of play there is competition between the PCs and any peer NPCs. There can be external threats (The Court of Chaos) but the PCs have many tools to overcome these and it’s more about ‘how they do it’ rather than ‘if they do it’.

Ultra Violet Grasslands. Some day!

A dive into Moria using cairn and the PCs are just some folk from Bree.

The Paranoia game where it turns out you’re on the Warden of Metamorphosis Alpha.

Ultra Mega Dungeon Crawl.

I have a vision to reskin Masks of Nyarlathotep for Dark Heresy/Imperium Maledictum. I don’t think I’ll ever get to run it though.

I'd actually love to run that using Trail of Cthulhu. It was the first encounter with horror RPGs and actually only the third RPG I ever played D&D and Champions.

I had an idea for a sequel to my very first AD&D campaign, where the characters are all the children of the original characters. But those players are mostly scattered to the winds now.

Still hoping to one day do an all-dwarves campaign.

I did that with two GURPS games set in Harn. Not all children but all were children or students. Unfortunately, all but one player were new.

A dear friend ran ToA. We got to about the third level of the Tomb. Then, pandemic, kids, etc. and we still haven't finished :/ It's the campaign that got away! Have great memories from it, though.

At our weekly session at our flgs (Encounters) there was a guy running TOA for what became a group of 10 or so. I offered to take half his group and finish the campaign, which he and the players jumped at. Unfortunately, all of the impulsive players went to me and I killed off a character every other session(3 in one room once). One poor guy lost a character in 3 straight sessions. It folded soon afterwards.
