In no particular order -and some of it is cheating-
  • Rocky 4
  • The Phantom Menace
  • TOEI's Swan Lake
  • Yellow Submarine
  • The Doors
  • Transformers The movie

I tend to use "score" to refer to composed original (usually orchestral) music for a film, and "soundtrack" to refer to collections of songs used in a movie, whether original or pre-existing. Conan vs. Singles, for example. Though I know those aren't really the proper definitions. They're useful colloquially, though.
An informal term I have adopted from my fellow soundtrack fans is "songtrack" to designate a soundtrack that is all (or mostly) songs.

As a collector with over 2000 soundtracks, many of my favorites have been mentioned already, so I will try to cover some that have not been raised. First, some big ones I am surprised have not been mentioned yet:
Superman the Movie - John Williams
Star Trek: The Motion Picture - Jerry Goldsmith
E.T. the Extraterrestrial - John Willams
Batman - Danny Elfman

Next some lesser known/recognized scores that I find myself going back to:
Oblivion - M83
Mission Impossible: Rogue Nation - Joe Kraemer
Kingsman: The Secret Service - Henry Jackman & Matthew Margeson
Sinbad: Legend of the Seven Seas - Harry Gregson-Williams
Iron Man 3 - Brian Tyler
The Incredibles - Michael Giacchino
Speed - Mark Mancina
City of Ember - Andrew Lockington
The Phantom - David Newman
The Natural - Randy Newman
Bladerunner - Vangelis

Another big fan of scores here!

Restricting myself only to those not yet mentioned, I think "Back to the Future" is probably top. Oh, and I very much enjoyed Giacchino's score for "Rogue One" - close enough to Williams to sound 'right' and yet also different enough to be its own thing. Oh, and while I really didn't care for the film, the new "Masters of the Universe" has surprisingly good music.

The "Superman" theme is my all-time favourite piece of music, but alas I don't feel the score as a whole hits the same level.

Of the scores that have been mentioned, "Star Wars", "Lord of the Rings", "The Wrath of Khan", and "Jurassic Park" would probably be top. (I've also been listening to the new version of the "Transformers: the Movie" soundtrack a lot recently, which isn't a score but is in the thread.)

"Singles," and it's not even close.
This is why I mentioned the differentiation between scores and soundtracks. Not even getting into soundtracks; I could come up with a dozen+ all-timers off the top of my head just from the 90s, and Singles would be at or near the top.

Superman the Movie - John Williams
...
The Incredibles - Michael Giacchino
Bladerunner - Vangelis
I nearly mentioned that Superman could have easily slotted into one of the Williams slots in Olgar's killer list, and that list would have been equally unimpeachable.

Bladerunner and The Incredibles absolutely deserved earlier mention too.

onces I have in rotation,

The Godfather
Conan the Barbarian
Braveheart
Requium for a dream

Fiddler on the Roof with Topol
Pulp Fiction
Reservoir Dogs
The Commitments - Irish singing Soul band, movie is fun.
Good morning vietnam
Phantom of the Opera London Cast

Oh, on the subject of movie soundtracks, the one that stands above them all for me is High Fidelity.

That soundtrack had to nail the characterization of a group of kinda snobbish / eclectic music fans while still being filled with fantastic songs that fit the tone of the movie, and it delivered in spades.
