How did you get it to stand up straight? I had to use a heat gun to make the plastic flexible and then use an old CD case to have a wide enough base to keep it from tipping over.

Mine must have been a little straighter to start ;) I mounted to a 4" round disc and filled in the empty terrain with green stuff -- but nothing extraordinary...
 


I couldn't bear the wait anymore and went digging through a giveaway box for something to paint and just primed an Elven Archmage (with a cool earth fist spell effect) from Dungeon in a Box (they moved on to doing 2D minis) and a 1979 Ral Partha Armored Balrog that is partially stripped and beat to hell. But at least I have something to paint while I wait for my delayed hydra, et al.

Oh and I built a dice tower from a quaker oats container.
