The last sentence of Flyby Attack states:
The [creature] doesn't provoke opportunity attacks when moving away from the target of the attack.
How does one interpret that?
Does it mean that the target and only the target doesn't get an OA after the creature attacks?
Or does it mean that no one can make an OA at the creature when it is moving after it makes the attack?
Or does it mean that no one can make an OA at it when it first moves away (the first square) after the attack, but it will provoke OAs for more movement?
Or something else?
I'm stumped because I can think of better phrasing for any of those answers.
I guess the questions really are:
1) What, exactly, does 'moving away from the target' mean?
2) Does this apply only to the target, or everyone?
Thanks,
Steve
