D&D 5E (2024) Free Borderlands adventure for International Day of Play

I need more information on what you mean here.

I've run the box several times and it basically only does one shots unless you work on making it into something bigger.

Give the players one of the big quests from the keep, like exploring each biome and return home to help in creating a better map of the region, and boom, you've got a one-shot.
Yes, you can make it a one shot, or a number of one shots by starting not where the box says to start them, but rather already deep in the Keep, already conversing with an NPC, rather than travelling on the trail, them choosing perhaps to visit the Keep, getting clearance to enter the Keep, and eventually talking to enough NPCs to find someone with an "out of the Keep" quest to offer them.

For my one shot, I start them right near the caves with a mission already in hand to find and rescue the captive Vinx. Alakazam, a one-shot!

Oh yeah, that adventure is much better than Goblin Trouble. I like how it uses the box set materials. Easy to run, and short enough. A good one to have in my back pocket if I'm asked to run a really short adventure.

I also really appreciate Shawn's attention to teaching people how to run and play the game. This is a good teaching adventure. Reminds me of his adventure "Peril in Pinebrook" which I use as my "Learn to Play D&D" adventure. I could use this instead.
