Full round casting times and extra actions

A Haste partial action can be used to complete a full-round casting time spell within the same round, right?

How do full-round casting times interact with effects that grant extra actions that aren't partial actions?

Examples: AoO, extra attack action from Expert Tactitian, extra move or attack action from Heroic Surge (Wheel of Time).

I don't think those others things would help with 1 round spells. They are specifically granting an extra attack only, except Heroic Surge, and I am not familiar with that. With this in mind, the 3.5 version of Haste may not be able to work with these spells, either??

So is a caster able to make an AoO or Expert Tactitian attack while casting a full-round spell - with a concentration check, perhaps - or is he prevented from doing anything else?

If he has an 'extra MEA' effect, could he cast while walking, for example?

AFAIK, he cannot make an AoO or use Expert Tactitian while casting, just like he cannot move while casting. He takes the move/MEA before of after, but not during the casting.

Right. T&B says that you may take your extra partial after the spell is completed and just before you begin your next round's actions.
