You know what, I'm refusing to allow negativity on May the Fourth. Boo to that. Your task: say something genuinely good about every movie in the franchise. No copouts!:
My attempt for what I've seen:

A New Hope: evocative early scenes of alien planet and species, and Aunt Beru calling out Luke really sticks with me. Then the whole death star battle scene.
Empire Strikes Back: battle of Hoth, Luke meeting Dark Luke.
Return of the Jedi: the arc of Luke confronting Jabba through to rescuing Han / everyone getting away really felt like finished some character arcs well, with rest of movie almost epilogue of tying up remaining threads.
Phantom Menace: Dual of Fates score / scene just fantastic.
Attack of the Clones: Obi Wan arc great, and I enjoy the scene in arena when Jedi come in and many killed for raising the stakes.
Revenge of the Sith: Obi Wan again, and scene with Grevious showcasing Obi Wans capabilities well.
Force Awakens: I think main 3 new.charcters were really good here, new protagonists to follow / get to know / love.
The Last Jedi: i really like the confrontation at end between Ren and Luke, Luke returning to his best here.
Rise of Skywalker: return of Lando i really enjoyed, showcasing him well.
Rogue one: some good more philosophical points in here, and great showdown / sacrifice at end.
Solo: Lando again great here.
Mandalorian: good western feel adventures of a bounty hunter with a conscience.

Various lego shorts/ movies / series: great fun while maintaining spirit. I loved with with Palpatine trying to be voth Palpatine to one audience and Sidiius to another.

I would have loved to see movies based on Timothy Zahn’s Thrawn trilogy and Kevin J. Anderson’s Jedi Academy trilogy. Throw in a few X-Wing movie adaptations and Stackpole’s I, Jedi and you’d be set.

What a great idea!

Phantom Menace - I really enjoy the pod racing. Probably the most exciting/hyped trailer of all time.
Attack of the Clones - I love all the scenes on the clone factory on Kamino at the start. Actually my fave of the prequels.
Revenge of the Sith - Shout out to General Grievous, a robot with a smokers cough! It doesn't get much cooler than that.

A New Hope - Where it all began. Death stars, Darth Vader, Prison escapes and trash compactors, etc...
The Empire Strikes Back - Great end fight scene between Luke and Vader/ 'I am your father' twist
Return of the Jedi - Jabba, Ewoks and epic-ness. Perfects the space opera genre.

The Force Awakens - To this day, still the highest grossing film at the US domestic box office. Too many iconic moments to list
The Last Jedi - Absolutely beautiful cinematography. A fascinating deconstruction of heroes and myths.
Rise of Skywalker - The most Star Wars thing to ever Star Wars. One of those rollercoaster movies that doesn't let up

Rogue One - The film that would eventually give us Andor. Still can't believe Disney gave us that ending.
Solo - Great cast, lots of fun, underrated. Release the Lord and Miller cut.

May the Forth be with you all!

Star Wars. Original that started it all.

Star Wars Holiday Special. Great to see the Wookies' home planet.

Empire Strikes Back. Best and darkest in the franchise. Great snappy dialogue.

Return of the Jedi. Space Nazis lose.

Caravan of Courage: An Ewok Adventure. Really fun kids adventure story.

Ewoks: Battle for Endor. Another great kids adventure and Brimley was awesome in this.

Phantom Menace. Great Jedi fight at the end.

Attack of the Clones. Yoda lightsaber fight. I mean, come on. Woo hoo. A purple lightsaber.

Revenge of the Sith. Volcano planet duel between friends.

Clone Wars. Really loved the animation style.

Force Awakens. Finn was a highlight. Glad to see Harrison Ford finally get his wish.

Rogue One. Easily the best of the modern movies so far.

Last Jedi. Grounded the franchise a bit seeing Star Wars working like the real world, i.e. space capitalists have no morals and will turn a profit regardless of the cost to others. At least seeing Leia using her Jedi powers.

Solo. Never saw it. Childish Gambino is in it. That's great.

Rise of Skywalker. Cool to finally see another new color lightsaber.

I'm fairly certain I've seen every SW movie the the first week it was in the theater.... But I'll be out of the country for this one, and I doubt we spend vacation time in a movie theater.
