Hey U_K! I'm just wondering, for the break DCs for the various materials in the Legendary Strength segment, are there plans for a full showcase of 4D and higher materials, or are just the mainline 3D materials included?

An interesting preview to come back from my holidays to!
Definitely like to see a little of the materials - one of the things I'm most looking forward to when the artifacts book is done.
From memory, the ability to also generate custom materials in some fashion. Sounds really interesting.
In terms of material breaking point, I assume the Break DC applies regardless of thickness, but would have a limit on how much you would break at a time. So sure, Thor walks through an iron door as if it is tin foil, but a 20th level character (+6 prof, assume 25 Str as Barbarian and therefore modifier +7) is almost strong enough to destroy ice under this rule... and can do so on a natural 20. The volume limit could be based on dimensions, weight, etc. You could probably give yourself more space in the table by having a single column for both AC and Break DC, given the numbers are identical for both categories.
I like the look of fethnach and meteorum.
Are there similar tables for great scores in other abilities? I haven't referred back to the TOC for clues on this so this may be an obvious answer.
As a person not invested in any truly serious math, I went into a rabbit hole over some of the lifting capacity references (above quindecillion, non infinite). I came away more aware of my ignorance and not really comprehending any of the references beyond their names and order of relative magnitude. I do like the simplicity of the scaling by starting at 1 ton and proceeding in exponential fashion. Very clean.
Now to go and pretend I'm not waiting on this book for the next two weeks...
Hello! How is the progress looking?
Hey U_K!
I'm wondering, what DR would an Immortal need to be to effectively create pocket universes through pure willpower, or somehow empower a mortal to do the same?
With Deltarune chapter 5 coming out, I think it would be fun to add Dark Fountains and Dark Worlds to my setting's cosmology, so this question is all-important on where I place a certain forgotten man in my campaign's power hierarchies!
Hopefully we're still all good for a Friday release!![]()
