Green Ronin Seeks Adventure Support for Mythic Vistas Campaign Settings

Mythic Vistas Adventure Support

Green Ronin is looking for PDF publishers to support its Mythic Vistas Campaign Settings with adventures. This is a great opportunity for e-publishers to work on campaign settings with an established fan and sales base. We are now accepting proposals for adventure support for the following books and settings:

Egyptian Adventures: Hamunaptra
Medieval Player's Manual
Mindshadows
Testament (Note this uses the 3.0 rules)
Trojan War

Your proposal should include the following elements:

· Background on your company and existing products.
· A sample PDF product.
· A 2-3 page synopsis of the adventure, highlighting the plot and any proposed new rules material.
· Suggested MSRP and proposed page count and release date.

Chosen companies will receive a limited license with the following terms:
· The adventure in question can be sold for two years, with a one-year extension at Green Ronin's option.
· You may use the logo and trade dress of the product being supported.
· Green Ronin gets final approval over all releases. You must submit a finished PDF for approval before offering the adventure for sale.
· Green Ronin receives a royalty equal to 10% of the MSRP on each unit sold.
· You may reference and utilize material that is closed content in the product you are supporting, but this material must remained closed in your adventure.

For us it's one of those "win win" situations. Here's hoping we see some great stuff.

They have to spend their time dealing with every phase of this project. If it results in substandard adventures it's a waste of their time. If fans reject the published adventures it may reflect poorly on Green Ronin's reputation (many, many customers cannot differentiate between publishers and only see the product title -- many of those those that see a Hamunaptra adventure, for instance, will decide that the PDF is by Green Ronin and may ask why Green Ronin isn't putting the same effort into their PDFs that they do their print products).

It's a risk on Green Ronin's part.

Especially since the last time I can recall something like this happening was for Arcana Unearthed and the third-party adventures published for that setting -- while I've never seen Monte' work on that one or read the adventure, I've heard nothing but stinkers on some of the material that has come out.

This little arrangement seems to speak to us.

Mystic Eye's: Siege of Ebonring Keep

I'm not sure if any others every came out.

There's no specific deadline right now. We may even add future Mythic Vistas settings to the list (but not llicensed stuff like Red Star and Black Company).
