Message: <blockquote data-quote="Kalen_Darkstar" data-source="post: 1528542" data-attributes="member: 17621">Okay if you have read my last two threads you know that my cleric lost his left hand and various party members to a large number of nefarious traps.  well tonight's game session certainly followed suit.  We are/were playing the original temple of elemental evil.  Okay first off we managed to find the golden orb.  We being me and the barbarian who were the only ones left.  we met up with two new characters and then we started searching for the stones in the poem.  I find some stones on a shelf and something is suppressing my detect magic so i figure the stones might be these we have found. with my good hand i reach out and boom another trap i am now stump boy the handless wonder.we try to leave the area and get attacked by zug apparently our two newest party members didnt look for alternate entrances and blew up the sealed doors that kept her locked in.  after a furious battle we are all seriously wounded so the barbarian who has a fear of all non weapon/armor magic items decides to buy our freedom with the orb.  She became a life long thrall to zug.  Zug is now free and holding a powerful artifact. and i still have no hands.</blockquote>
