Hear light/feal light

Hear light/Feal light - The manifester experiences light translated through auditory/tactile sensation.

So If I'm in a lightless cave/cavern/room and have one of these manifested can I see without light?,

No, because there's no light to hear or feel.

If you were in a lit cavern, but blind, this would let you see.
