Yes this is very boring, but I've been finding that I like the notion of modifying existing backgrounds over just taking whatever you want. It seems like a reasonable compromise between "phb only!" and "do whatever you want".[/b][/b]
What a coincidence. This background was done because I'm about to start a Yoon Suin campaign. The geography of the place is almost dominated by the God River. Its waters are navigated by the Lamarakhi - the "real" title should be Lamarakhi boatperson, but I wanted something a bit more generic.
