Huge weapons and reach

So a Large Longspear threatens an area 10' in front of the wielder while a Large Spiked Chain threatens at both 10' and 5'.

How about Huge versions of these?

Does a Huge Longspear threaten 15' only? How about 10'?

Does a Huge Spiked Chain threaten 15', 10' and 5'?

Book references would be appreciated.

A medium creature can't use a huge longspear.

A large creature with a natural 10' reach using a huge longspear threatens 15' and 20', but not 5' or 10'.

A large creature with a natural 10' reach using a huge spiked chain threatens 5' to 20'.

There's a section in the PHB labelled something like "Large creatures and Reach Weapons" - it's a subheading in the left-hand column of a left-hand page in the Combat section, but I can't recall the page number off-hand.

Pg.132.

Does Savage Species offer any changes or clarifications to this?
Yes, pg 42. It says to only increase the reach of reach weapons by 5 feet per size increase/decrease, and doesn't mention what to do about the areas the reach weapon cannot hit. I guess it stays the same? Hurm.

So just so I understand correctly, according to Savage Species a Huge Spike Chain should have 15 ft reach (and 10' and 5' still threaten) but a Huge Longspear with 15 ft doesn't threaten on a 10' or 5'?

Like I said, Savage Species doesn't say what to do about the areas that reach weapons can't hit. The weapon descriptions in the PHB say that reach weapons cannot stirke "adjacent foes", so I guess you'd have to figure out what adjacent means for a creature with natural reach.
