The figure comes with its own rules folder, and a single-sided gaming mat that shows a dragon lair, complete with throne on treasure hoard.

It measures about 8 inches high, wingspan curled 11 inches, pulled out to nearly 17 inches.
He is on a 4" square (not round) base.

Will a normal mini fit in his mouth?

I saw him today too. It looks like a medium sized mini would fit in his mouth, but I did not test it.

Jaws are about 3/4 inch apart, 1/2 inch teeth clearance, mouth is 7/8 inch deep, thin long tongue in the middle, mouth tapers from 1/2 inch to 1/4 inch wide. Most medium figs could be placed in the mouth.

I have it in hand. The pose and sculpt just does not thrill me, but i am hard to please.

My players are currently going through Red Hand of Doom. They have acquired the little run-down keep featured early in the adventure as their own and have decided to decorate it (inside) with the skulls of the young and juvenile dragons they defeated so far in the course of the adventure and have renamed the place "Dragon Skull Keep". I figure sooner or later they will draw the attention of one who looks much like this mini...
