Property: Add the enhancement bonus to any knowledge skill.

Daily: On a hit: Free Action add +2(W) damage.
Daily: Can cast the Sending Ritual without the ritual casting feat and no component cost.

I think you're on the right track with this - but I don't think it starts with any Daily powers.

Instead, I think your characters have to download Apps for it .. the magic mapping app, the villain database app, and of course some game apps for the bored "I don't sleep" character who is always on watch ...

Property: May be be used as an ritual book. All rituals cast from it can have component costs postponed until the end of every month.

I'm going to hold out till the gSword Nexus +1 comes out. I can't stand the fact that the iSword locks me into an exclusive AT&T scabbard.

If you do plan to use this seriously, the property is wrong.
Either:
Your campaign does not use knowledge skills, in which case the property is useless
or
Your campaign does use knowledge skills, in which case the property is OP

Perhaps its "add weapon's enhancement to any knowledge skill check which you spend ten minutes considering."

With flavor text indicating that, honestly, by the end of the first minute you had your answer, but you spent the other nine minutes web-browsing at random before remembering why you'd wanted to know in the first place ...
