Improved Natural Attack & Rapidstrike

I have read about these two feats online, but do not know what books they are from or how what they are. If someone could let me know the sources and a brief explanation I would be grateful.

Improved Natural attack is in the MM and increases natural attack damage by 1 size step

Rapid Strike is in Draconomicon and allows a second attack with 1 natural weapon at -5. An improved version allows a full iterative attack sequence with 1 natural weapon.

Actually I believe rapid strike and improved rapid strike operate on a pair of natural attacks.
In the case of a dragon, claw/claw or wing/wing.
